This is how shipping works at Wild Hearts Go—simple, transparent, and as drama-free as the road allows.
Processing Time

Order processing (packing + preparing your shipment) typically takes 1–5 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

During launches, limited drops, holidays, or high-volume weeks, processing may take a bit longer.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

your location,
-
package weight/size, and
-
the shipping method you select.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, delays can happen due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier backlogs.
Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

If we can’t recover the package, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

If your package is missing:

Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, leasing office, neighbors).

Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help where we can.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

your order number, and
-
clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review and, if appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on item availability.
Split Shipments
Sometimes items may ship separately (different storage locations, preorder timing, etc.). If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking updates.
Preorders and Made-to-Order Items
Some Wild Hearts Go items may be made-to-order or part of a limited run.

These items may have longer processing times, which will be noted on the product page when possible.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may ship together or separately depending on logistics.
International Shipping (If Offered)
If international shipping is available at checkout:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Customs processing times can cause delays outside our control.
Weather, Carrier Delays, and Force Majeure
We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including (but not limited to) severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or other service interruptions.
