We want you stoked on what you ordered. If something’s off, we’ll make it right within the guidelines below.
30-Day Return Window (Merchandise Only)

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for eligible, unused merchandise.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging/tags (when applicable).

You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Restocking Fee

Approved returns for merchandise are subject to a 5% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
No Returns on Used Items

Used items are final sale and non-returnable.
(This includes any item that shows wear, has been washed, altered, or isn’t in “new” condition.)
Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error—see below).

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. If a return gets lost in transit, we can’t guarantee a refund.
How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Ship the item back per the instructions provided.
Returns sent without following the return process may be delayed or refused.
Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus:

the 5% restocking fee, and
-
any non-refundable shipping charges.

Refund processing times vary by payment provider, but typically post within 5–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges

We don’t guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory/drops.

If you want a different size/item, the simplest route is usually: return (if eligible) + place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Bad)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

your order number, and
-
clear photos of the issue (and packaging if relevant).
If it’s on us, we’ll cover the fix (replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on stock availability).
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us ASAP. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
Non-Returnable Items (Common Exceptions)
Unless otherwise required by law, these are non-returnable:

Used items (final sale)

Digital products/downloads (including music downloads)

Any items marked Final Sale / Non-Returnable
International Orders (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties associated with returning an item.

Original import fees/duties are not refundable by us (check with your carrier/customs office).
Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our site at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order.
